All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

 

Please email us at monopolyhockey@gmail.com and inquire about the status of your order. We'll update with the latest tracking information and provide the tracking number and a link to the tracking portal so you can track it yourself at that point.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Return Policy Page

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs incurred in returning it back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at monopolyhockey@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
